1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the above criteria are met, we will gladly accept your return. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.

3. How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please email us at infoartisanhub1@gmail.com. In your email, please include:

Your order number

A description of the item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We Don't Accept Exchanges.

Once we approve your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send any items back without prior approval.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to resolve the issue. Provide a description and photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items (unless defective)

Gift cards

If you have any concerns about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please request a return for a refund, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

9. European Union Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
